suppliers, and professional and technical associates alike
with a common project collaboration site. It is a new approach
to building technical facilities and managing projects. It
offers great teaming possibilities to assist our clients and
customers with their plans, strategies, and technical solutions.
A project portal is a communication platform
dedicated to advanced project management. Typically, only
the project members have access to the Portal. All may add
information to it or retrieve information from it. A project
member will be defined as any valid stakeholder within a specific
project. Users will be assigned email addresses relevant to
the project. Chat and bulletin boards will be also be available
to discuss project topics and interact.

files, no one else's files can be seen. It will offer a hierarchical
security and access feature. That means that different stakeholders
in a project will only be granted access to the level of data
found on the site that is appropriate to their specific needs.
